We often think the quirks and mishaps of our daily lives are unique to us, but in reality, they resonate with many. Capturing these shared experiences, Mary, a talented cartoonist from Romania, has been creating comics that reflect the humor of everyday life. Her comics, inspired by her own observations, might be relatable to many of you, dear pandas.
Mary’s work focuses mostly on the little happenings in teenage life—disagreements with parents, first crushes, friendships, and dealing with siblings. Additionally, she illustrates how, with some time and perspective, problems that once seemed big now appear quite meaningless.

My sibling and I would be glued to our TV or check the local news stations’ websites on the days we thought that our school might be closed! Those were the days!
I am often unable to remember names, so everybody is "ma poulette" (my little chicken) for me :D
I check my phone and it's six am. I need to get up at 9:30. I go back to sleep. Next time I check, it's after 11.
Haha my mum used to think me and my brother were fighting, when we were just mucking around playing.
you remember the little clicking sound in the speakers just before receiving a call on a mobile ?
Uh, I'm going to be that guy and say, the friend is peeling the banana backward.... you peel from the top (little black nub) to the bottom (the stem part). When you peel it that way, all the nasty stringy bits generally come off without issue. Or, you know, just peel the dang thing however you like.
Yup. My sibling and I would get compared all the time once folks got to know us!
