I've been drawing my whole life and in the last couple of years I've seen something very peculiar—all my characters look quite the same. I think it is called "same face syndrome". I started practicing with different photos from Pinterest but then again they were still models and looked alike as well, I needed real people. So this is what I did:

I have a small art Instagram account so I've decided that I will randomly draw my followers. One day I posted a story with the caption "I need some drawing practice if you want me to do an illustrated portrait of you, post your photo on a story with Draw me @gloria.shugleva". Never have I imagined that so many awesome people with unique features and different vibes will send me photos.
