Nestor, these are out of the world amazing. Incredible detail, and excellent artwork - they could be mistaken for photos

I'm not saying these aren't good but, I could do the same thing in 3 seconds with a camera.

You are so right. What most people don't realize is drawing from a photograph is completely different than drawing from real life. Drawing from a photo means drawing from a flat two dimensional image and transferring the image to another two dimensional surface. Much easier than drawing from a three dimensional object or face. The transition from 3-D to 2-D makes an entirely different image. The brain has to do a different type of transmission of data from the eye to the brain to the hand to the paper. The look of the finished product is very different. So, yes, you could do the same thing in 3 seconds with a camera.

These are obviously photographs. You’d need extreme talent to draw something like this. Wait, they ARE drawings?

In the past I strove to do photo realism but could never quite get it to where I was happy. I have been told that my artwork is good but I haven't been able to reach the standards I have set for myself yet and I am in my late 60s. My motto has been: Art imitates life, I imitate art. Keep up the good work my friend.

Your work is phenomenal thank you for sharing your talent. Perhaps now that you have shown beyond measure your ability you can move beyond the celebrity world and capture just. I was going to suggest regular life but never mind. Do what you love and disregard other opinions. I step back. Again, your talent is astounding and I feel better for witnessing it.

This is a seriously talented artist! I want to say his “Paintings” are superb but they are not paintings ...... I do not think a photograph will capture the person as wonderfully as he has done with his pencils. He is awesome!

It's the first time I see something like this, and it's online. I wonder if in reality it can be even more realistic. We are definitely dealing with some great artists!

These are great - they are hyperrealistic, but at the same time not just 'copies' because the subject's personality really comes through. And you can tell how much he likes all the textures, lines, eyebags and other quirks in his subjects' faces.
