We shouldn't have desecrated this sacred indigenous ground that belonged to the Lakota Sioux. Other than enjoying the Hitchcock movie, 'North by Northwest', when I view Mount Rushmore I feel sadness & shame for what we have done & are still doing.

Big Ben is not the entire tower, someone needs to educate themself.

Pedants corner: you could take Big Ben out of the picture on the left and it would still look the same from the outside. Big Ben is the bell inside Elizabeth Tower. I like that they added a person on the phone for some reason. Should have put him in all the photos. Instead of the Pyramid of Giza here's a geezer on the phone in the desert.

why would they have fore a statue jf there was no statue. It still would not look like that on the picture on the right.

Just like the Opera House and the Arc De Triomphe, why are the foundations/bases not removed?

Again, why is the base still there and the roads still there. There should be no reasons for the roads leading to nothing.

Why keep the church and just take out the bell tower?
