Race-mixing? Who's out there "mixing" with non-humans?

As a white person who was adopted at birth into a Mexican family, and who dated a Chinese guy for 20+ years... I say yikes. There are so many times that I'm ashamed to be white.

Remember the show "Home Makeover" where Ty Pennington hosted the show where they renovate some deserving family's home? On this one episode they were renovating a family's home as their son was about to turn 18 but due to multiple handicaps he would still need to live at home. He was in a wheelchair or bed 24/7. His arms and legs were both shortened and deformed. He was completely blind. Ty asked him about his feelings about being handicapped and the young man said the most profound thing. I am not handicapped, I have different ways I do things. But he then said that everyone out there that thinks they're ok, well, everyone out there is handicapped. I will never look at anybody and judge them by thei color, shape, size, sex, gender. So all of you people out there are the ones with a handicap.

I used to want people to mix so we could get to a point where we could put the stupid b******t that is racism to bed. But now I see that we would just find another reason to hate each other.

I would make it a daily routine to walk up and down all the streets of my neighbourhood, ripping this sh!t down.

I remember being 7 years old and my moms ex husband and his friend were telling me why people of different races shouldn't have kids because 'the kid will not know what it is!' Again, me being 7,having very little knowledge of the world thought 'hmm that's bull' 'Am I black? Am I white? Am I an armadillo? I don't know!' 🙄
