If the connection is lost (and OP is having connection problems), the chat shows as ended by the customer or the ticket times out because otherwise the agent is idle waiting for a response that never comes. Timed out tickets or those showing ended by the customer close and are marked resolved. OP can restart the chat but they should resolve their connection problems first or they will end up with the same problem.

Yeah. I had an issue with my e-book. It froze. Tried telling the worker. She said I should just do this action or that. Told her I couldn't. It was frozen. When quality control asked if I was satisfied with the 'help' I said no. Why? Because apparently the helper doesn't know what froze, frozen, etc., actually mean.
