Some time ago we wrote about cute comics born from incredible love."I missed my pug Mochi so much while I was at work that I started doing these cartoon drawings about him on the subway on my way to and back from work."
Gemma Gené is a multi-skilled artist from Barcelona, Spain, currently based in New York. Even though Gemma draws, paints, and creates sculptures, she's best known for her adorably funny comics that everyone with a pet dog relates to.
"The main characters are Mochi, my husband Peli, and me," Gemma wrote on her website. "Mochi is a very sweet and happy dog that sees life in a particular way. He is super sweet and well behaved, but he can be very sassy and pretty much does whatever he wants. His favorite activities include sleeping, eating, and going for walks, especially when he is being carried."

Lol, when I had my knee replaced in 2014, my husband took care of me, and our dog, was right there in the very thick of it, watching him very closely, because I could see, he was carefully figuring out, that if daddy dropped dead, he’d be able to take over the care duties! Loyal to a heart beat! He’d walk with the hubby to get ice from the freezer for my ice machine, then follow him closely to fill it up, watching closely the entire time! I damn near died laughing once when he looked at the hubby like he wasn’t doing it right! Then, when I had to go to the bathroom, he’d walk behind me, until I got there, and then sit at my feet, and /or, posted himself in front of the door, to protect me! Nothing or no one was getting to me while I was doing my business!! He was even very careful when he’d sit in the recliner with me, protecting my knee and leg! When I’d walk to bed, he’d follow behind me, and then run ahead so he could climb the bed stairs to make sure I got in Ok!

Yep, definitely like my dog.. She's also got a habit of shying away if another dog tries to make a fuss of her, then when they walk away, she looks offended and tries to follow them
