Many countries have federal elements like that - the idea is that there is a better balance between states/regions with a high population and those with a low one. Actually a stabilizing element.

@Scyth I’m not a fan of Hilary but even I know that wouldn’t have happened. She had a stable diplomatic relationship with Russia and China. She had pledged to uphold the U.S. commitment to the Iran nuclear deal. Trump on the other hand withdrew from the deal because he believed, without evidence, that Iran had already violated their conditions. In reality, the results of two audits endorsed by every other country involved in the deal provided conclusive evidence that Iran was compliant. Because of Trump’s withdraw, Iran retaliated by increasing their stockpile and exceeded their limit within months. Tensions between our two countries escalated and became so volatile that in February 2020, the Senate was forced to take emergency action and blocked Trump from ordering a military attack on Iran. Why? Because if he attacked, China, North Korea, and Russia had warned they’d come to Iran’s aid. All three countries are in possession of nuclear weapons. Trump would’ve started a global nuclear war.

It’s hilarious that Trump supporters deny it and spent 4 years calling us crybabies and snowflakes, but adamantly believe the Democrats stole Trump’s win and then invaded a government building to prevent Biden from being officially declared the victor.

Yeah- she was robbed by the Constitutional requirements of a fair election. Just like Trumple Foreskin was, huh, dumb ass. She wasn't robbed of anything and neither was Trump.
