Plus-Sized Model Challenges Beauty Standards By Starring In Her First Modelling Shoot

The fashion industry has a reputation for being unwelcoming to plus-sized women and the models who model their clothes, but one lady’s trying to change all of that. Tess Holliday has become the largest model (UK size 26, US size 22) to sign with a top photo agency – MiLK Modeling Agency in the UK.

The tattooed model has already represented a line of plus-sized women’s clothing. “There is no one way to be a woman, or to be beautiful,” she told Dailymail. “We all deserve a place.”

Obesity is not what it is here..usually obese people are bed ridden and cant barely make it to their own bathrooms and never leave their house..I think alot of people dont understand the difference in that regarding this model is very capable of mobility and independance.

I think most of humanity can think for themselves..anyone who has their own mind can make their own decisons based on their own power to do so.not by any delusional rules people around us try to make up. If anyone doesnt support plus size models thats your choice..but dont try to set rules for someone elses life based on you thinking its going to hurt people as in bad role modeling..what are you telling your children? would you tell your child whether male or female that they couldnt be a model if they dreamed it so bad cuz of how they looked if they were fat? Why tell a full grown adult that she shouldnt be doing what she is doing? Like I said..we learn to think for ourselves..that includes youth and it makes us better in the end to do so instead of being told what to think.

I think every human being can think for themselves...if there was anything wrong with the world it is humanity and their judgements and telling people what they can and cannot do with their lives depending on what is on the outside..if you wouldnt tell your child she or he couldnt be a model cuz of how they look..why tell a full growth adult? Face it there is demand for it..there is more to modelling than what is seen on the outside but what is within..and if you are a photographer you will understand this..and if you have your own mind you can make your own decisions in life based on your own power to do so..not what others think.
