We are already pretty familiar with Brazilian graphic designer and illustrator Butcher Billy here on Bored Panda. We have featured his series of novel covers for each episode of the Netflix hit series 'The Stranger Things 2', famous love songs reimagined as creepy book covers by Stephen King, and controversial 'Black Mirror' episodes illustrated as the covers of vintage-style comic books.
This time, Butcher Billy decided to create a fictional vintage comic series called 'Planet Mercury comics', and you guessed right - we will be seeing a lot of the legendary band The Queen's charismatic frontman Freddie Mercury! To make it even more exciting, the artist used excerpts and titles from Queen's songs and created each cartoon drawing with a different song from the greatest hits of the unforgettable rock legend.

Bohemian Rhapsody
I'm just a poor boy, I need no sympathy, Because I'm easy come, easy go, Little high, little low, Any way the wind blows doesn't really matter to me, to me.
Freddie Mercury was definitely one of the best soloists in the world. With his voice that still gives people goosebumps, legendary stage presence, unforgettable shows, wild fantasies, and the extravaganza, he will always be immortal and remembered. And certainly, he will always be a perfect inspiration for many artists all over the world.
Under Pressure
Bohemian Rhapsody
The king of Queen with a suitable crown... this is amazing...
So scroll down the page and see Queen's greatest hits such as 'Bohemian Rhapsody', 'We Will Rock You', 'I Want To Break Free', and many more, reimagined as comic book covers and the unforgettable Freddie Mercury as a graphic novel protagonist with superhero powers. Wasn't he always a superhero?
Don't Stop Me Now
He wants to make a supersonic man out of you! This is my favorite Queen song (besides Bohemian Rhapsody, of course).
Radio Ga Ga
Killer Queen
I Want To Break Free
I love how they added a bunch of makeup to his face as he dressed up as wonderwoman
A Kind Of Magic
We Will Rock You
Crazy Little Thing Called Love
Who Wants To Live Forever
These are great. Always been a fan of queen, always felt I’ve been deprived in life because I didn’t get the chance to see them live. I like to think that Freddie would approve of these
I saw them in 1982, when I was 16. I wish I could remember more about the concert. I agree I think Freddy would have loved these
