“Ugly” Puppy Stung By 1000s Of Bees Gets Abandoned By His Owners, Until One Woman Sees His Beauty

Meet Stinger, a deaf-born pit bull mix who was stung by thousands of bees after picking an unfortunate spot on the ground. The doggie had a very bad reaction to the stings and was immediately taken to the vet. Unfortunately, it was the last time Stinger saw his owners, cause as soon as they dropped him off at the clinic, they abandoned the dog…

This is when Carri Shipaila, founder of LuvnPupz rescue organization, stepped in. She learnt that Stinger was also severely underweight and had scabies, a highly contagious skin disease. Days went by at the LuvnPupz shelter with Stinger being all mellow and in a lot of pain. It turned out that Stinger also has an auto-immune disease called Pemphigus, and needs daily medication for the rest of his life. However, the puppy didn’t give up: “Stinger is an amazing dog. He loves everyone he meets. He’s the perfect image of how people should see the breed; sweet, funny and full of life,” Shipaila told Bored Panda.

Fortunately, the doggie found a loving forever home. His medical bills are still paid by LuvnPupz, so if you want to help this sweet boy, you can donate following the link below.

People are scum, would you abandon your child because they had a medical condition? People need to stop seeing animals especially dogs and cats as "things" they are family and should be treated as such with love and respect. So glad the poor boy found a forever home, he is a real sweetie!

I really wish you wouldn't say "people are scum" when clearly it was also people who took care of him and adopted him. The original owners are scum, not people in general.

He is clearly better of now. That the dog was underweight shows that the former owners didn't care much for him and the best thing they did was to bring him to the vet and leave him there.

What a miracle that he survived especially with an immune problem and his other health issues. Those fuckwits who abandoned him did him a favour, because he's going to have a lovely life with people who love him and have his best interests at heart. He's a gorgeous boy and I hope he makes a full recovery very soon..

What are these owners who give a pet away just this easy? Damn, don't buy a pet if you obviously can't love them if they aren't perfect. Yes there are reasons why its better to give a dog, a cat or any other animal away, but woah, this makes me so angry. Do you give your child away if something went wrong and not just perfect? But why am I asking this. I'm sure there are people who do that. I can't understand this behave, I just can't.

It's only a guess (because I wasn't there), but most bees don't live in the ground so he was probably stung by yellow jackets, which are not bees but are wasps, and are aggressive and have worse stings than bees do, poor pup. Don't be afraid of honey bees people.
