I Took 20 Pictures Of Dogs Playing In Flower Fields, Making The Best Memories For Their Owners
There is nothing more special than spending the day in a field of flowers with the sun shining, dogs playing and pup parents laughing and making the best memories.
One of my favorite things in the spring and summer is visiting fields of beautiful flowers and the other is photographing dogs...why not pair them together?

Very early on in my dog photography journey, I admired a dog photographer who used bright beautiful color in her photos...she became my inspiration. I started in the tulip fields with my first dog and was amazed with the colors that were captured through my lens and the beautiful experience the owners and dogs had together... I was hooked! Where could I find my next field of flowers!!

My goal for every photoshoot is to make it a memorable experience for the dog and their parents. If the dog isn't having fun, it will show through in the photo. I take a lot of time to make sure the dog is comfortable with me and my camera... A dried sardine on the top of my lens usually does the trick! Their favorite ball or toy will usually be part of this photo session. It's about having fun!

One of my most memorable experiences is a photoshoot with a dog who would be spending his last day and special moments with his family and myself in the sunflower fields. The time for this family was so special, just loving each other and experiencing this beautiful morning together as the sun rose from behind the mountains. It was magical. The owner of the field knew it would be this beautiful pups last day and let us in before the public. It was a treasured time that I will be forever grateful for and my part that I was able to play in capturing it. This is the main reason why I do what I do... I want to be able to give dog owners a special time with their pups and preserve it in photos for many years to come.

Beautiful! Almost looks like the surrounding area is fake. Must be how the sky is cropped.
