It is true what they say: eyes are the windows to the soul. They express the happiest of joys, the deepest anger, and expose us to feelings of sadness. They speak volumes for us when words don't suffice.

With the launch of #Eyes2019, photographers began submitting amazing photos that expressed their unique points of view, whilst telling the stories of their photo subjects through their eyes. Whether those beautiful eyes are an animal's, insect's, or human being's, #Eyes2019 presents the natural beauty of living beings across the world.

These stunning pictures from all different corners of the world have been selected among more than 23,661 submissions in the #Eyes2019 photo contest by Agora, a free-to-use photography app that has been rewarding the world’s biggest prizes in global photography contests since 2017.

The Agora community can now vote for the best photos in the app and help the guest judge decide who will be the #Eyes2019 hero who will win the prize of $1,000. The winner will be announced on Thursday 12th November 2019.

My friend has two different coloured eyes, and she thinks it makes her ugly. I tell her she is beautiful, no matter what colour her eyes are. I told her that outer appearance has nothing to with whether she's ugly or not, and the fact that she is different from other's isn't necessarily a bad thing.
