If it is in a public setting, streat, work, mall or even in your home if you expect that SOMEONE ELSE will do it for you, then it's NOT OK. Ian, sounds like you might be a litterer in denial and according to this, god knows what else lol. The person i talk about actively litters. However, if you are flinging rubbish at any point (intentionally) whether there is no bin near by or not you are still littering

let me add to the littering thing: this should only apply if they actively liter, if they drop it and don't realize/don't bother to pick it up, or they occasionally liter if there is no trash can in the area, that's sort of ok.

Same here! It only slowed down after I put up No Littering and Security Cameras In Use signs... I invested in a trash-grabber after finding not one, not two, but FIVE used condoms in the gutter beside my house (all on separate occasions). If it's possible to die of rage, that nearly did me in.

Yep, I’ve picked up the weed bags and Suboxone packets (both not prescription) off MY front lawn of WT litterbugs Dale Price, Laurine Price, and Megan Price of 1500 Gateridge Rd. Cockeysville, MD 21030-2806 Like they rub it in that they’re living off us taxpayers and using the $$$ to sit on their fat asses and get high instead of working, then make US clean it up. Also clean up their generic trash ... food wrappers, shipping boxes, mail (with their address still on it — they’re too dumb/lazy to even hide the evidence, etc.)

Why would depression cause littering? When I was very bad I couldn't get out of bed but when I was well enough to go for walks and be out again I didn't find I'd sprouted a litter gene overnight or lost my conscience. No inability to take my rubbish to a bin or home with me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
