Recently Alabama enacted the country's most restrictive abortions law. The news sent shock waves not only through the USA but also the whole world. Many people called it a step backward for women's rights, as it criminalizes performing abortions at any point during pregnancy with a single exception for when 'abortion is necessary in order to prevent a serious health risk.' Doctors who perform abortions now can face up to 99 years in prison in the state.
While the governor Kay Ivey who signed the Alabama Human Life Protection Act says the Alabamian's believe that every life is precious & that every life is a sacred gift from God, many people disagree. Here is the list of responses clapping back at controversial abortion ban.

I know I will get trolled to f**k but I dont care, Americans love to criticize country's like Iran because of the links between religion and Government but as a non American to me it seems America is just as bad, you just have a different religion. No country should link the laws of the land with a religious ideology, everybody should have the right to their religion but also the right to NOT have a religion.

22 "men" desperately clinging to the last vestiges of the patriarchy by enforcing their little remaining power to control women....probably because they are exceptionally insecure....and have tiny winkies.

This sounds like something from a horrifyingly grim Dystopian novel, not actual real life, it's insane that this is actually true in Alabama

It's not and anyone who thinks it is doesn't understand the concept of who God is and what he does. He gave us free will. With that free will we can act on evil which is NOT what God wants. God wants us to choose to do good and raping a defenseless woman is not Godly at all. That rape baby is a product of sin and is likely doomed to be cursed.

No laws should be made from a religious perspective, absolutely none of them, religion and religious beliefs have absolutely no place in making and upholding laws

Calling it a Pro-Life movement is about as accurate as calling KKK a Pro-Black movement...

People in Alabama with these issues should get lawyers and challenge this s**t in court.

Ha! I've often said people over 70 shouldn't be allowed to vote in presidential elections. None of the following s**t storm will impact their lives.

That's true. She is basing her decision on her beliefs and as this is a free country where we are all allowed to believe whatever we want, we should not be made to be ruled by the beliefs of only some.
