Recently Alabama enacted the country's most restrictive abortions law. The news sent shock waves not only through the USA but also the whole world. Many people called it a step backward for women's rights, as it criminalizes performing abortions at any point during pregnancy with a single exception for when 'abortion is necessary in order to prevent a serious health risk.' Doctors who perform abortions now can face up to 99 years in prison in the state.
While the governor Kay Ivey who signed the Alabama Human Life Protection Act says the Alabamian's believe that every life is precious & that every life is a sacred gift from God, many people disagree. Here is the list of responses clapping back at controversial abortion ban.

I know I will get trolled to f**k but I dont care, Americans love to criticize country's like Iran because of the links between religion and Government but as a non American to me it seems America is just as bad, you just have a different religion. No country should link the laws of the land with a religious ideology, everybody should have the right to their religion but also the right to NOT have a religion.

It's not and anyone who thinks it is doesn't understand the concept of who God is and what he does. He gave us free will. With that free will we can act on evil which is NOT what God wants. God wants us to choose to do good and raping a defenseless woman is not Godly at all. That rape baby is a product of sin and is likely doomed to be cursed.

That's true. She is basing her decision on her beliefs and as this is a free country where we are all allowed to believe whatever we want, we should not be made to be ruled by the beliefs of only some.

I think that i am no longer safe in the state of Alabama because now the government has taken away the freedom to do what we want with our bodies when it doesn't apply to them. The government now has the control of 2,459,548 women in the state of Alabama. I hope that they realize what they just did isn't going to last because we will not stand having you take away our HUMAN RIGHTS!!! So for the 22 white men who voted for this law and you have a daughter, you basically told them that they are not smart enough, they are not HUMAN enough to make their own decision about their own body. AND WHY THE HELL IS IT NOT AN EXCEPTION TO HAVE AN ABORTION WHEN YOU ARE RAPED AT 11 YEARS OLD! 11 YEAR OLD GIRLS WHO HAVE BEEN RAPED, WHO MIGHT NOT SURVIVE GIVING BIRTH, WHO ARE CARRYING A CHILD THEY DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE AND YOUR TELLING THEM THAT A BABY WHO IS A CHILD OF A RAPIST IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE YOUNG GIRLS WHO HAVE BEEN RAPED, WHO HAVE A HIGH CHANCE OF DYING DURING CHILD BIRTH!

you know, i honestly don't care if they think women that have abortions are murders. their feelings about my body, my choices and MY reproductive rights don't matter to me. as long as they stay out of my uterus.

The way I personally will protest is refuse to travel to Alabama or Georgia until they overturn their barbaric laws. That's all any of us can do unless you live there which if you do I recommend you move immediately.
