Was "Green" arguing against Naloxone for some reason? I'm literally offered a Naloxone kit every time I go to the pharmacy counter (and turn them down, as I already have several), and people hang them in public places in my neighbourhood so they are readily available. Fentanyl is an absolute scourge. A young woman I knew was murdered with a hot shot; my daughter has lost numerous friends to overdoses. And I've seen it happen, in public. You can never know how a stranger got to that moment, but nobody deserves to die that way.

I mean, this one doesn't seem as much of a "fail" or an "oopsie" - the two people aren't asking her to take their photo in front of a cardboard cutout of her, or a list of her records/Olympic medals, or something XD So they might not know who she is and have zero context for realizing it in this situation (they're not in a swimming exhibit or anything, just on the street.) Or, for all we know, those two people are RELATED to Katie.
