My bestfriend lives in the deep south, I saw her reaction to seeing snow for the first time last January when she visited. She's in her 30s, but in that moment she looked like a child who's eyes lit up at the first sight of Santa Clause. I take the snow for granted, seeing her wonder and amazement gave me a fresh perspective.

I can't imagine how it must feel to be in your 90s, or living to be 100, and thinking about how much society and technology has changed since childhood. I was born in the 80s, and remember life before the internet and before cell phones. This woman has probably truly seen it all!
