This 'proof' is not correct. While the uranium decay chain does end in lead, not all lead originates that way. Some quantity of all the stable lead isotopes was created directly in supernovae, and lead-204 is created exclusively that way. (Obviously, the Earth is more than 4000 years old. But the proof is not that simple).
Winch thinks that when a person pushes back against the facts, when they simply cannot admit that they were wrong in any circumstance, everything boils down to their ego. Their sense of self.
"Some people have such a fragile ego, such brittle self-esteem, such a weak 'psychological constitution,' that admitting they made a mistake or that they were wrong is fundamentally too threatening for their egos to tolerate," the psychologist said.

These people can't admit they're wrong, so their defense mechanisms do something remarkable to avoid it. They literally distort their perception of reality to make it (reality) less threatening.
"Their defense mechanisms protect their fragile ego by changing the very facts in their mind, so they are no longer wrong or culpable," Winch said.
"As a result, they come up with statements, such as, 'I checked in the morning, and there was enough milk, so someone must have finished it.'"

Reminds me of a Spanish girl I met, who claimed French was an insane language, much too complicated to learn properly, and she didn't even try to remember a single word of it. But she had this trick whenever French people were trying to talk to her : keep answering with the Spanish phrase "Yo no compro pan" ("I do not buy bread") since it sounds like French "je ne comprends pas" ("I don't understand").

Bonjour does mean Hello. If you want to be very technical it means “good day” but it’s used as a greeting and is 100% interchangeable with “Allô” (our Hello). Bonjour is more formal, it’s the word you’d use if you’re working customer service for example. Allô is more casual, it’s the one you’re more likely to use with your friends and family or in a non-formal context.

The owner of a company I worked for was taking French lessons. This woman was one of the most narcissistic, insecure bitches I have ever known. Total Jekyll & Hyde. Everyone (outside of the company) thought she was just WONDERFUL, when in fact she was pure evil. Anyway, she came back from lunch one day & I said "Bon jour, Madame". She proceeds to tell me, in her most condescending tone, that bon jour means good morning and should never be used in the afternoon. I proceeded to tell HER that bon jour literally means "good day" and is a perfectly acceptable greeting until evening. Her husband (who happens to be Italian but speaks fluent French) backed me up, thoroughly embarrassing her. It was all downhill from there.

To be fair, the sentence itself is ambiguous. It could be understood as rejection, as in the son is no longer accepted as a part of his family, or as an acceptance, as in the son is now his daughter but still his family nevertheless. I don't fault people for thinking it is a rejection. It can be read as one. I suspect this might be a dad jok gone wrong, to be honest.

The scariest part of all of these is not that the folks writing them are confident or wrong. The scariest part is they are actively trying to seize power in the US and push this stupidity on everyone. They want to teach others that their fools view of the world is correct.
