From my working experience i know it can be hard. Think about something funny. Comedy takes a lot of weight of me whenever there is one. Also if you keep feeling negative, talk to someone and let them help you see the positive side.

Oof same except you have a slightly different reasoning, mine is less good-person-ish but oh well. I get embarrased to ask for help because 1) idrk how, I always knew how to do everything and didnt need help with anything because i was ahead of everyone in school, but now i'm in different classes and I dont really know how to ask for help. 2) i always feel like i shouldnt need help and i'll just sound stupid (pretty much also cause i've never really needed help in the past)

Oof my parents do something similar. For example: when they tell me something (such as point out i broke a rule), i say something back that actually makes sense(point out they have never once followed the rule, so why should i have to), and they're like, "Because I'm an adult, and You're a child." Sorry yes, let me go get my age-picking device real quick and reset my birth year to 2002.

Bitting my nails. I've done it my whole life. It's gotten bad enough that I have minor nerve damage in my fingertips. They are just little nubs (some less than a millimeter). They bleed and swell and get infected easily. I really hate my hands because of it and have tried just about every possible solution on the internet. Nothing works.

Hey you, I hope that in this new year you find it in yourself to speak to yourself, as you would do to a friend. You are not the enemy, so don't treat yourself that way. Speak to yourself with love, and forgiveness, you are doing your best. What your best is, just depends on the day, some days it might just be getting out of bed, other days it might be going out, enjoying life, working hard towards your goals. But it might take the same amount of energy. And energy is finite,

Yes, i have this too!! I mean, i know that the negative thoughts come mostly because i'm tired, but sometimes, i just become so overwhelmed by them that i can't see that very well. Some days ago though, i watched this video, and it helped me a lot, so maybe it can help you too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ks-_Mh1QhMc. I tried standing in a powerful pose for 2 minutes when i was tired (like hands on your hips, feet firm on the ground, upright posture) and it really helped my mind to 'reset' (watch the video for more details). Also, talking to yourself like you would talk to a friend (if your negative emotions are directed to yourself, and not to others, of course). If you say it enough to yourself: i'm enough, i can do this, i'm worthy to be loved, making mistakes is okay.. then you will believe it eventually. I hope this helped you a bit, and i wish you the best!
