Do you remember when everyone had an infinity symbol tattoo? Or the dog filter era? Or the snow boots? Or the statement necklaces?

From the quirky to cringeworthy trends, millennials have gone through it all. Millennials have seen trends come and go at lightning speed, and yes, we admit that some of the decisions were not ideal, but you have to admit that some of the trends still seem pretty cool even today…

Time to revisit the millennial world and vote on which trends are outdated.

Someone once defined "fashion" as "something so awful that we have to change it every 6 months". Wear what's comfortable, suits you and appropriate for the occasion. Don't change just because someone you've heard of is wearing it.

Gen Z will have to peel my skinny jeans off of my cold, dead millennial body.

I mean, as a Gen Z born in the 2000s… by all means, keep them! I prefer to wear what I find comfortable as well; and if you had asked me (which you didn’t), honestly, I also thought skinny jeans were still popular.

Don't care, I hate those baggy jeans. Of course fits good for others and looks good on them, but not for me.

I'm the opposite. I have chubby thighs and thin everywhere else so I look like a frog or a chicken in skinny jeans. The baggier or even just straight leg jeans balance me out.

It's good to have variety. Everyone wearing only what's trendy gets boring quickly.

Skinny jeans forever...55 y.o without a a*s or hips to keep the normal jeans up...super conformable and perfect for a 5'0 woman

So what WAS the effect of skinny jeans on millennials? I do remember when pliers were the fashion accessory for women to pull on jeans in the '90's.

I feel old. I remember us all cringing at the new ‘skinny jeans’ fad and wondering if we’d go back to the world of nut huggerz a la 1970’s and 80’s
