Load More Replies...How can you claim that Hungary is better known than Honduras for geothermal activity and hot springs? One of the first things you think of with Honduras is a volcanic landscape. I love where there's a short direct flight to Budapest, and despite a fair amount of advertising, geothermal resources has never come up. I just googled it so it exists, but even living in Europe for a decade, i hadn't heard about it, so surprised the industry would be called famous.
The picture should be a pretty obvious hint, though... And also, the thermal baths of Budapest are famous all over Europe. The fact that you have never heard of them does not detract from that.
