They aren’t? I swear they look like the frozen pack I remember. Only in a pan & with a sauce added to them.
I actually loved this. My only complaints are that some were not about visual association at all, but in-depth knowledge of a specific topic, like chemistry or IMDb ratings.
The chemistry question involved balancing the equation. Both sides have to have equal numbers of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. The IMDb question was kind of lame, who memorizes ratings from one of many, many movie rating sites?
Load More Replies...Or the completely random "A group of four people drinking tea with two people of them playing chess and one reading a book", which apparenly has "Uno" as the correct answer. I mean, what? I went for "darts" on the grounds that it's a two player game with British (tea) associations.
There were so many ads I couldn't tell which were the pictures and which were the ads.
I think it's that there are 4 people, and Uno is the only activity that inherently supports four players?
Load More Replies...17/20 but I still didn't understand some of them What was the Michael Jackson one about?
18, but I do not agree with the gift 😛 and had no idea of the bandmember 🤷♂️
I thought it was a representation of Japan's flag, and Japan means cherry tree flowers
Load More Replies...I saw it as either Christmas or Lunar New Year which both occur in winter.
Decode? Not! People, media, columnists, even supposedly educational documentaries are using the word to entertain. It's everywhere since The DaVinci Code came out. The above is NOT a code. Translating a foreign language is not decoding something. Hieroglyphics are not a code.
If MJ was the King, shouldn't the 2 go away because it isn't a face card?
I *think* it was because he was Michael JACKson? I got it wrong though, because they all made no sense. But that's how I explained it to myself afterwards
Load More Replies...That's not a King, it's a Jack. The Jack's on the other card, see. Now, can someone explain the Chess/Uno one to me?
Four people. Chess is a two-player game, Uno can be four. Since they’re having “game night” they’d be playing Uno
Personally, I interpreted it as "what would be a better choice to play" for this situation.
Uno is a strategy game like chess. Darts is physical game of coordination. The cube is more about maths, the third is an electronic shooter game.
I didn't get that one either. He was the king of Pop, not the Jack
Well, something, but very culture-specific in many cases. The only one I got wrong which annoyed me was failing to guess the correct symbol for Neptune. I mean, I got the planet right, so why didn't I spot the obvious "Dur, trident, that's got to be the one for the god of the sea".
I was a bit confused about the "no basketball" until I recognized Kane. It could be debated whether it's too easy, as it was also the only guy not black. They could have picked Mbappé or Saka and just left the jersey on display to figure it out (for those not familiar with their faces)
Some of these were unfathomable. WTF are you supposed to do with some of these images ? Especially the 2nd last one .... what's the trident/female symbol supposed to do with a blue sphere ? Also that gift one ..... how is it connected with an aerial view of a snowy forest ?
Blue sphere is a planet of oceans associateed with God Neptune. And gifts are associated with christmas which is (for most) in winter.
Apparently the trident one is the symbol for Neptune: “The planetary symbol was Neptune's trident, with the handle stylized either as a crosshatch , following Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, and the asteroids, or as an orb , following the symbols for Uranus, Earth, and Mars. The crosshatch variant is the more common today.”
I think it's a Christmas present, and Christmas is associated with winter in the Northern Hemisphere, but what about people south of the equator?
F*****g rubbish! a) Half the pictures wouldn't load b) Where is the list of explanations?
Other than the horribly racist one about basketball, this was a step up from the usual quiz. Keep 'em coming.
They are all basketball players apart from the white guy. That is Harry Kane, a British footballer.
