Looks to me like it's caused by a bacteria in the water. He could clean is toilet every day and it will come back and eventually it does stain the porcelain.

Being that some cosplayers spend hundreds of dollars on their looks, i think $20 of tape, if that, is still cheap! Some of his other looks cost him nothing or he Photoshops multiples in. it seems (GOT keyboards)...either way, he's pretty much an artist, very clever boy!

He didn't paint his face, he used photoshop and turned himself monochrome.. And then added orange where it needed to be. A lot of his images use photoshop, if you know how to spot it.
