Hello, we are Alexander Khokhlov and Veronika Ershova, a family photographers duo from Moscow. We are focused on conceptual photography as well as animal photography – you’ve probably already seen our award-winning Dog Show project.

It is no secret that all dogs are great actors. But you have no idea how great their talent is. Have you ever seen a dog that looks like Joker? Or a chihuahua with a lightning-scar like Harry Potter? Photographer Alexander Khokhlov was born in Calcutta, India, on May 9, 1982. Now he is based in London, UK and works with his wife, a designer and retouching expert Veronica Ershova. A couple is well-known for their catchy animal and fine-art photography projects.

My name is Aelita and I have been an Editor for Bored Panda since 2019. I spend my days working with my amazing team and making articles the best they can be. Fantasy and magic have always ruled over my world, from movies to TV shows, to Video Games to tabletop games like Dungeos and Dragons, I try to find magic in every part of my life. Writing is a big part of me too, I hope to publish a fantasy novel one day. I also enjoy playing guitar and singing, as music always help me to get in a great mood.
