My Mom Found A Pigeon While On A Walk

This poor girl has an injured wing and is missing some feathers. We are trying to help her our best. She seems to be getting depressed. I trued taking her outside, but she trued to hide under the car so I got a little scared she might run away. I called a rehabilitation center , but they weren’t taking calls and they’re all full. Any bird advice here?

Can try calling your local vet also who may have suggestions for you.

i think you’re supposed to add a little bit of salt and sugar to a cup of warm water and let the bird sip it. also, if you have a heating pad put a towel on it, set it to low, and give it to the bird.
