The highly-anticipated Sci-Fi film is satirical at heart. “Ultimately, the story is about how pathetic humans can be,” Bong explained to Empire. “It’s almost like you can smell every human character in the film — their piss stains and their smelly socks.”
Pattinson teased the black comedy to Entertainment Weekly and expressed enthusiasm for portraying “two very fun characters.” The Twilight star added, “Mickey 17 is someone who has the lowest expectations of his life, and yet the world keeps pushing those expectations to the point where he has a job that tortures him every day.
And then 18 comes along, and he’s got frontal lobe damage and no self-control, libido out of control. It’s like playing an evil brother or twin.”

It also marks Coogler’s first foray into horror after taking the helm of Black Panther and Creed, and he already seems onto something big.
The first teaser trailer was fairly thrilling, but the second one didn’t shy away from revealing bloodied fangs of smiling vampires.
Warner Bros. Pictures teased that the twin brothers will discover “an even greater evil” after returning to their hometown.
Now, we know for a fact that the evil in question is none other than a host of sinister vampires.

Black Phone might be a kids’ cartoon compared to its upcoming sequel. While not much of the plot details have been revealed so far, we can be “assured” that Blumhouse’s Black Phone 2 will be more generous with jump scares compared to the 2021 film, at least according to the director.
“The main difference is that it’s a high school coming of age movie, in the same way, that the original movie was a middle school coming of age movie, but those are two very different sorts of things,” Scott Derrickson teased to GamesRadar+.
“You know, a high school coming-of-age movie demands more. It has to be more visceral. It has to be, I think, more graphic, scarier.”

The only movie I'm excited about is Wicked 2. With the h**h cost of movies, the rest are not something I would risk money on (except possibly zootopia 2.) I don't even think I'd watch any of these on streaming otherwise
