I'm questioning if this is an actual set photo or part of a related photoshoot. Other than Johnny Depp's prop hands, they both look completely different than they did filming the movie. The clothes Winona is wearing aren't part of the movie wardrobe at all- the color palette of the film, the visual style, etc don't fit this photo. Not trying to be a jerk, it's a great picture, I just doubt this is actually from the set.

I believe this is actually a publicity shoot still, intended for magazines etc, which movies often do for press where there is a "fashion shoot" as their characters but more dressed up and with no ugly makeup (if their character is not handsome or how the actor normally looks), and where the lead actors usually have a short Q&A or interview
