As the saying goes, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You can measure whatever you want. I don't find these women to be appealing.

I disagree that this method is even valid. What makes a woman beautiful are the characteristics that are uniquely hers. The whole is always greater than the sum of its parts. Jodie Comer has no distinguishing features; she looks exactly like a dozen other famous women. I wouldn't look at her twice if I passed her on the street, but I'd stop and stare at Sophia Loren.

Well I did and found the attached picture. (The right hand side is supposed to be the improved version.) Yes these ladies are amazing to look at, hence their fame. Using architectural reasoning from ancient greek times to determine true beauty with mathematics to test how symmetrical our faces are just adds more pressure to us normal people with un-symmetrical faces who are self conscious about not being attractive enough already . For those who aren't aware it is very rare to find a face as symmetrical as Jodies at number 1. Thanks B.P yet another beauty comparison page .... NONE of these women are the MOST beautiful women, and ALL of them are the most beautiful. This whole exercise is disgusting.

Can I downvote the whole article? Imagine going through medical school, and surgery training, only to use it to make shallow people look more identical? Why not use it to heal those with life-altering disfigurements? Also also. How _dare_ you feel qualified to judge people's attractiveness. What a rancid human being.

None of the women in this article fit my personal notion of beauty. Yes, they’re pretty, by the beauty standards of the mass media who constantly presume to tell us “who’s hot and who’s not” but, compared to my wife, they’re average at best 😉
