I feel like whenever I think of this I question the purpose of life.

Not difficult when you're making your own schedule. We've got staff meeting at 9am.

AAAAAAH NO NO NOOOOOOO! This reminds me of a hot shot supervisor I had who would bounce around the room, eating taquitos from 7/11, trying to get every "hyped up" with techno music that made you feel more drained by lunch than anything. I never want to hear the term "get-go" again. Pretty sure this guy was doing coke.

This! Mondays aren't the drag they used to be. I've been remote for going on 4 years and because I'm in my own space, it's just another day, I'm just on my computer. My husband WFH too, it's the absolute best.

You know why you're working & who you're coming home to. I picture my house exactly how I want it in my head, nice & clean, my family happily waiting for me. It's usually not the case & the kids have most likely tore the house up & one of them is probably having a meltdown of some kind, but it's my life & I'm always so happy to be home in the chaos!

Wake up whatever time I wake up. Take a coffee back to bed. Scroll through BoredPanda and stuff for a couple of hours (and a couple more coffees) until it's time to get up for lunch.
I have my coffee maker next to my bed & set it up the night before. Turn it on & dose, wake to the smell of coffee... helps every day.

I politely disagree. Clean up your space at the end of the day. Nothing is better coming into a well organized space 1st thing in the morning.
