"Yes, but if we get married, go forth & multiply, it will come to nothing".
Bored Panda contacted Sancho to discover more about his background and how he creates his art. Sancho shared that he began his artistic path without any formal education or experience in the field.
The artist told us that he finds inspiration mostly in human relationships, romantic comedies, music (which has a big influence on him), films, books, and '90s culture. He said, "I have certain habits, like brainstorming in my sketchbook and always listening to music. It really helps me."
While Sancho's illustrations resonate with many people, he confessed that he mainly creates them for his own pleasure. He shared, "I only post my work if it makes me smile or if it encourages me to think about different ideas."
Sancho finds the most satisfying part of his work is when others, including strangers, tell him they connect with his cartoons and tattoos. He said, "It's incredibly rewarding to see my cartoons turned into tattoos on someone’s skin."
