IKEA has recently launched a pet furniture collection, and its Japanese competitors are right on its tail. Craft collective Okawa Kagu have created a collection of furniture just for cats, and its high quality is the perfect solution for spoiling your feline.
The goal of the project is to promote Fukuoka, an area in Japan where professionals specialize in traditional crafts such as woodworking, hardware, glass, and cutlery. The place is also home to 150 furniture factories, making it one of Japan’s capitals of the industry.
Okawa Kagu’s cat furnishings are scaled down replicas of actual furniture, and it will even be exhibited at the city’s tourism and interior information centre, Okawa Terrazza. The prices of the pieces aren’t listed, but if you’re interested in getting some of them, contact Okawa Kagu here. Just don’t throw away the box it comes in. Your cat might like to add it to its new interior as well.

Yeah, if I bought one of those cat beds, my cat would just sleep in the box that it came in and not on the expensive cat bed.
Load More Replies...Oh, I know which version Her Highness will select (hint: it is not the miniature version)
It wouldn't matter how "suitable" or attractive pet furniture is, my cat would still prefer the box it came in.
