The online community calls itself a place to share street art pictures and videos (or whatever) of mild vandalism that is either funny, mindful or thought-provoking (or whatever). Such a beautiful description, isn't it? Plain and simple, not at all prolix.

I Don’t Want To Get Political But I Saw This And Either Way, It’s Funny
Most of us petty that. Mild vandalism, on the other hand, clearly isn't fueled by anger. I would say the main force that drives it is creativity. And even if some of these acts are directed against someone, they aren't executed with the intention to ridicule or hurt the addressee. Rather, to tease them. The fact that mild vandalism is innocent, I think, is the appeal of it. It's what draws those hundreds of thousands of people to join the Reddit community. Mild vandalism is connecting people instead of dividing them, and it's awesome.

One of the moderators of the subreddit, DoxBox, also shares this opinion. "Mild vandalism is vandalism that is humorous but not overly damaging," they told Bored Panda. "Regular vandalism is costly to fix and malicious in intent. The sub is about mostly-harmless but humorous vandalism intended to make people laugh."
His colleague, fellow moderator awesomesprime, pointed out that important urgent matters get represented in the subreddit, too. Like, the presidential election. "Recently, political posts have been at the top, but [they still] have to be funny and clever. Those seem to be the ones that make it the highest," they said.

Ooh ~ this one is timely for me. My guy, with a pretty healthy lifestyle, was told he has very high cholesterol by his dr. Apparently 75% of cholesterol numbers are genetics. If I didn't bug his A** to get a flu shot & a check up...who knows?

Another one of my favourite acts of vandalism is the Statue of the Duke of Wellington in Glasgow, Scotland. For years the locals kept putting a traffic cone (or two) on the old Duke's head and the council would come along and take it off again. This went on for years until the council just gave up and just let the locals keep doing it and they did nothing about it. It has since become more of a tourist attraction because of his new and constantly changing headgear. Even The Duke's horse gets his own "hat". Wellington...23-png.jpg

I was driving through Montana on a road trip when I saw some graffiti that said something along the lines of "Obama was okay" and someone else had spray painted "Notably" underneath it. I honestly lost it, to this day it still makes me smile

I remember another one where someone kept writing on an old unpainted wall 'PAINT ME' over and over and then one day the wall was painted brown and the person wrote 'I DON'T LIKE THIS COLOR' :)))))))))
