50 Of The Most Wholesome, Honest, And Hilarious Wins Being Celebrated By Men, As Shared In This Online Group
Men struggle to give themselves a pat on the back from time to time. No, not because their big muscles can’t reach behind them. We mean appreciating themselves for what they’ve achieved.
A change is needed and thankfully, ‘Dudes Posting Their W’s’ on Twitter is here to show us how. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of accomplishment and it should be shared with the world. The feeling not only boosts you but makes others feel warm and fuzzy inside too.
That’s why Bored Panda has collected the most wholesome W’s (a.k.a. wins) shared by men from the account. We love to see another brother succeed and we hope you do too, but check out wins for the ladies here too. Vote for your favorites to spread the good vibes.

That's awesome! Now can they do the same thing with ivory? Elephants are being seriously endangered by ivory-hunting poachers.
Yes, according to the International Union for the Conservation of Nature, African savanna elephants are endangered and African forest elephants are critically endangered due to destruction of habitat and due to poaching for ivory. https://www.iucn.org/news/species/202103/african-elephant-species-now-endangered-and-critically-endangered-iucn-red-list
Load More Replies...Bad news folks.....The International Rhino Foundation (IRF) and Save the Rhino International (SRI) issued a joint statement after “monitoring the progress of four US-based companies that have announced their intentions...to produce synthetic or bio-fabricated rhino horn...and occasionally elephant ivory, lion bones or pangolin scales.” In that statement, both groups expressed their opposition to the introduction of fake rhino horn to international markets because: 1. Selling synthetic horn does not reduce the demand for rhino horn or dispel the myths around rhino horn and could lead to more poaching because it increases demand for “the real thing” 2. More than 90% of “rhino horns” in circulation are fake (mostly carved from buffalo horn or wood), but poaching rates continue to rise annually.
Continued from above... 3. Synthetic horn could give credence to the notion that rhino horn has medicinal value, which is not supported by science. 4. Users buy from trusted sources and value “the real thing.” 5. The availability of legal synthetic horn could normalise or remove the stigma from buying illegal real horn. 6. It will take time to develop synthetic horn and meanwhile the poaching crisis continues. 7. How can consumers and law enforcement officials distinguish between legal synthetic horn that looks real, and illegal real horn? 8. Companies benefitting from making synthetic horn have shown very little commitment to use their profits to help the core problem of rhino poaching...those profits would meet only a tiny fraction of the total rhino protection costs that would remain to be met as long as demand reduction campaigns falter, as they would with the marketing of synthetic horn.
Load More Replies...I dont really like this plan. It sounds good but they tried something similar with fake fur and it backfired. Fake fur made jackets with fur to be seen as ok and it promoted the market of real fur. I am afraid that if they normalise the market of fake rhino horn then it will happen the same.
I doubt it will make the problem worse, the issue here is cost. They can sell most of their fake rhino horn at 1/8th the price, and eventually sell some of it as full-price (to be perceived as real), even though it's also fake. Much like power tools, they're all made by the same company out of the same s**t, the only difference is the price.
Load More Replies...Since all this is just keratin and has absolutely no health benefits, maybe it's time to monetise my toenail clippings for the greater good? :D :D
LOL! Ikr it's all such madness, it's just keratin, people!
Load More Replies...I hope they succeed. I hate it that, the rarer a species is, the harder it is to get parts of their body, the more it is sought after - and, usually, it always is said to "improve libido" in some way or another ... helps getting a boner, helps getting horny, makes the erection last long enough - never is it said to make you smarter or calmer or so... It's always the same - killing a near-extinct animal results in better sex, they say ... and then, superstitious nonsense is still said to be harmless??? No. Simply, no, any fact-deniery is an act of aggression towards enlightenment, and, sadly, towards animals who haven't done any wrong.
This!! ^^^ Say it louder for the people in the back! (Beautifully articulated, DC!)
Load More Replies...I always said they should take all the horns confiscated in arrests and rather than burn them, flood the market with them at rock bottom prices. Same results.
They tried and it let a load of dealers sell their illegal wares by claiming it as formerly confiscated wares. There was no way to tell if it was true or not.
Load More Replies...I would love to start a safari hunt business where the rifles are, in fact, long range cameras and there is a catalogue of the animals in the area that can be 3D printed as trophies
I seriously like that Idea. Make it like pokemon, gotta catch 'em all!
Load More Replies...That is not the solution, unfortunately. Artificial diamonds never stopped the bloody business in Africa. Artificial furs did not reduce the demand for the natural. There are ways to identify the fake. In addition, with the price dumping scheme like this there will be resellers who will sell the artificial horns at the price of natural this keeping the value of the rhino horns at the same level.
What does "Dudes posting their 'W's'" mean? (what's the "W" stand for?)
Yes yes yes yes please do, anything helps at this point, we don't have long left to save the rhinos.
(Hits self lightly on side of head with palm) Of course! Why didn’t we think of this sooner?
The better way to stop poaching is to simply kill the poachers. Then the middle men. And if the hint isn’t taken, the end customers. But I prefer direct solutions.
Unfortunately the poacher have bigger automatic weapons.
Load More Replies...That is the best way to stop crimes; Don't make it illegal or extremely difficult, because people will find a way around that. Make it unprofitable/not worth it.
A lot of people ingest rhino horn as folk medicine ( don't ask me why). I wonder if eating the 3D printed stuff would poison them?
P.s. the use as folk medicine is actually the problem. It's just keratin and doesn't do crap for anything, it's just that people have had the impression it does something via the placebo effect.
Load More Replies...Unfortunately, the PoS who sell rhino horn to the PoS who buy it, now only accept horns that are connected to a rhino's actual head from poachers.
Omgosh I am absolutely praying this works. PLEASE!!! And thank you so much for this information.
Sadly it's not true, partly because of "unresolved legal issues" around the printed materials etc.
I don't think this will work. People want those things (the real ones) because they think they are super healthy or bring luck or other superstitious nonsense. People will not stop wanting the real thing. A man made substitute won't work. It's like telling a super religiouse christian tab water is the same as holy water. It basically is, but they don't believe so.
Excellent and it will also make them more money than always worship and hopefully save the fast waning rhinos the horn b eleven by the Chinese to be therapeutic in their organic based medicines. I do not believe any animal parts are of healing when taken as they are.It is a fallacy and proven a trend not a reality. Cruelty never enters the mind of the entrepreneur with big $$ in mind.
But wouldn't be obvious to the buyer that it was not a real horn- it wouldn't smell the same or weigh the same, plus if you had several together they would all be identical....
Being a guy can be tough, that’s why it’s important to reflect on the positives in life. With over 1.2M followers of @DudesPostingWs, it’s clear that many feel the same way. The page shares wins from men of all ages and walks of life. Whether it’s a little everyday one or a massive accomplishment, they’re all worth celebrating.
But it can be difficult for men to do this sometimes. It’s not that they don’t feel anything—men simply struggle to put their thoughts into words. Talking about emotions (good ones or bad ones) can seem like an effort and many refuse to open up.
Although it seems like a stereotype that men just can’t talk about their feelings, we need to look into why this is. After all, stereotypes come from people perpetuating the same belief over and over again. Many researchers and psychologists have made it their study to find out why this idea is so ingrained in our culture.
On this, the psychotherapist and author Daphne Rose Kingma said, "We've dismissed men as the feelingless gender—we've given up on them. Because of the way boys are socialized, their ability to deal with emotions has been systematically undermined. Men are taught, point-by-point, not to feel, not to cry, and not to find words to express themselves."
Hell yeah man.Good for this dude. Man shouldnt be punished his whole damn life after hes done his time.
It is learned behavior, not something that is natural to men, or any person for that matter. In fact, research was completed looking at men’s emotional capability whilst still in infancy. Their results found that men are just as capable of expressing themselves emotionally, if not more so than women (at least in their early years).
And boys are shaped from very early on in life about what it means to be a “man”. How many times have we heard that “big boys don’t cry”, or the expression “man up”. The word itself has become loaded with connotations of being unwavering and unflinching—showing no emotions or weaknesses.
Men are not some Terminator-type of machines, incapable of feeling anything. Their emotions are as deep as a river but we can only see what’s on the surface, not into their depths. That’s why it seems like a dam bursting when men finally open up about how they’re feeling, and often not in a good way.
That's adorable. When I was small all the neighborhood boys would come over and ask if "Mr. Ray" ( my dad) could come out and play football with them. My brother would play too. Unfortunately I got banned from football once I grew boobs, which I always felt was slightly unfair
I hate these kinds of exams. They don't really test a student's academic capabilities and often require expensive prep courses to do well, which just weeds out the poorer people
Aww hell... I'd wanna play with soooo bad but be so afraid to break them...the AGONYYYYYYYYY.....
Sometimes you gotta praised yourself for your hard work. 😌
Grandmas are the BEST! She put a lot of heart into making this!

Unless you’ve been there, you probably don’t know truly how much this means.
Congrats to this guy. It aint easy. I went from size 48 to 33. Nothing like this cat has done.
Being kind and generous just because it "seemed like something fun to do." Man, you rock kid.
Estimated to have saved the lives of 2.4 million babies. Really astounding.
The left photo is the man standing on the outside ledge of the Golden Gate Bridge, which spans the Gate between the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay. It’s a favored place for suicides. I’m glad they talked him down.
Clever, I should bring mirrors everywhere everyone can be in the photos
In honor of my dad’s birthday today, I’ll share one of his wins for him. My dad LOVES beach combing and rock hunting. When we go on vacation, especially to the Great Lakes, it’s all he does. The best thing ever is that he’ll make friends with the other rock hunters. I’ll be sunbathing or swimming and I look up and my dad’s in this circle of people telling them about the fossils and pudding stones he found. Every time, he’ll met other people and identify stuff they’ve found, tell them about special stones in the area, etc. It’s so awesome. I like beach combing, but my he’ll do it for hours at a time. He’d be there all day if we let him. Happy birthday dad! Love you!
Ok, if you're going to post this kind of stuff, you NEED to include a box of tissues
oh man, the onion ninjas. Thanks for the beauty and the love. Love it.
