A “75-hour personal growth experience” titled Modern Day Knight Project is making the rounds on social media after a clip showed a sneak peek into one of its peculiar lessons.
The MDK Project is aimed at “men who want to live a life filled with fulfillment, purpose, financial freedom, and have a deep loving relationship with their family,” according to its official site.
- The MDK Project is a "75-hour personal growth experience" costing $18,000 for men seeking fulfillment and purpose.
- Participants were mocked online after an instructor's harsh warning that most won't graduate.
- The project involves former Marines and Navy SEALs as instructors and aims to push men mentally and physically.
But not all men are expected to enroll. An “Attention” sign that appears multiple times on their website states that the course is designed “only for entrepreneurs, executives, and leaders who are ready for a serious breakthrough.”

The three-day program, which is defined as one of the toughest physical and mental challenges the men will ever experience, costs $18,000.
In a video from one of the classes, an instructor yells at a group of participants as he warns them, “I see it in your f****** eyes that most of you don’t look like you belong here.”
“I’ll be damned. I’ll take this f*** knife off my f*** waist and carve this f*** tattoo off my f*** hand before I let any of you f*** b*** show up here on Friday for your graduation,” the instructor continued, violently banging on the table in front of him with a knife.
Sitting in front of a desk, each with a brown backpack placed atop, the men had solemn expressions as they stared at their instructor.
The participants, who paid $18,000 for the experience, were told that most of them wouldn’t graduate
Paying 10k for an alpha male camp is the most beta shit ever pic.twitter.com/AHc5eZUHdP

The short video quickly captured people’s attention, and it didn’t take long for social media users to comment on what they described as an “alpha male camp.”
“They literally could’ve watched a few YouTube videos and headed to the gym for like £20,” one person wrote, pointing to the hefty price of the project.
“We used to hunt mammoths. Now, people are paying 10k [for] someone to teach them how to be a man,” a separate person commented.
Another individual simply suggested, “Just join the army.”
“Can courage, integrity, sincerity, and leadership be taught in 3 days? Cause I feel like half that sh*t can’t be taught, especially in 72 hours,” somebody else said.
“Is there anything less alpha than paying another man to scream at you?” an additional user asked.
Another person agreed, writing, “This is like someone taking a comedy class cause they want to become a comedian.”
“So beta. Adorable,” somebody else penned on X (formerly known as Twitter).
Those who enroll are pushed mentally and physically through different exercises

The MDK Project shows potential clients what their mentality is all about with clips of the training posted on social media.
One of them sees a man getting dragged back down to the base of a hill during a climbing exercise.
“This is what happens when you’re one of the last people on the hill,” the caption reads. “It’s simple, once you stop moving forward, instructor @william.r.branum will drag you back down the mountain.”
The move appears to represent the importance of maintaining consistency and the need to “keep pushing forward without slowing down for once in your life.”
On a separate occasion, the instructor can be heard insulting the men, calling them “whiny pieces of sh*t” as they perform exercises on the beach using a hammer.
“None of you deserve to be here,” he tells them.
“This is what happens when you leave one of your men behind and didn’t even bother to look back to see if he was alright,” the caption reads.

The 75-hour-long experience was founded by Bedros Keuilian, author of “Man Up: How to Cut the Bullsh*t and Kick A** in Business and in Life.”
Its co-founder is Steve Eckert, a US Marine described as the “Facilitator of Suffering.”
Additionally, among its instructors are former Marines and Navy Seals, as well as a retired US Air Force Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape (SERE) specialist.
The project has a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join and is located in Chino Hills, California.
“Just join the Army,” someone suggested
"you went through a 72hrs session with a male dominatrix. I am so impressed, here is some sex for you" said no woman ever
There is no such thing as alpha wolves, nor alpha males. Just as social bias has encouraged mistaken ideas about the sexes, so too does this c**p. Men/males: Be you. Women/females: Be you. See? There, it's simple. Now let everyone off the hook of ridiculous expectations!
oh alpha males are real, just not in the sense as wolfs, more in the sense as software being alpha. It contains serious errors and need some serious troubleshooting to actually be functional
Load More Replies...This seems pretty clearly designed to take money from guys who couldn't pass the psych test for military or police training. It's sad, but a fool and his money are soon parted. I don't agree with paying for abuse when you're too dumb to really consent, but also, they saw the gap in the market, so this is no more predatory than selling fad diet pills. Dregs of society selling and buying.
