Drag Queen Is So Good At Makeup, She Can Transform Herself Into Any Celebrity Or Character (26 New Pics)
One of our favorite Drag Queens Alexis Stone is back on Bored Panda with some more amazing makeup transformations! She once again manages to turn herself into anything she wishes to. From horror characters to celebrities. A skill that many would envy. Let's face it, at some point in our lives, we wanted to look like someone else, at least for a little while.
Alexis's skills with makeup are amazing and sometimes even jaw-dropping. Not a lot of people, even professionals, can transform themselves into others using just makeup and wigs. Alexis doesn't photoshop the pictures to make herself look more like what she's portraying. It's all skill, experience, and a lot of time.

I watched some of the videos on Instagram and this isn't just makeup. There are full on prosthetics used. I agree that the transformation is amazing and she is a gifted makeup/special effects artist, but the article makes it seem like this is "just" makeup and it's misleading.

So I can see what they're trying to accomplish with the brown shading, and in a lot of the images it does work, but it's too much and too strong a contrast on this one - I'm sorry but it really does look like a chin strap - I'm no artist but I think they could have softened/blurred the outline and dulled the colour a bit here - like the nose shadows! The rest of the look is so amazing and then this big, bold stripe like a leather belt - it just looks like they stopped bothering! Was the artist on a time limit? I love Ru Paul's Drag Race and I can imagine what she'd have to say about this ;)
Holly Willoughby
Robyn Konichiwa
Robyn Konichiwa? What? Her name is Robin Miriam Carlsson...
Molly-Mae Hague
Lindsay Lohan
I don't think the author knows what a "Drag Queen" is. See, it's a man. A man, that dresses as a woman. To each his own, I don't care. But HE is not a SHE. So HE can do makeup and transform HIMSELF to anyone. And I'll give him credit, he does a great job. The first 2 are amazing but most of the rest are loose interpretations.
I don't want to hate but I don't think these look like people they supposed to look
These are embarrassingly bad. They look nothing like the people they’re supposed to … they look like cyborgs. Oh, and btw, a “drag queen” is not a “she” — he is a man. I would think you might want to just erase this whole post right about now.
Drag queens are men that dress as women with extravagant and over-the-top theatrical makeup and clothing as an art form. While in drag, their drag queen persona is referred to as "she." While out of drag, their male persona is referred to as "he." Most of these have heavy dark shading around the chin and jawline which is supposed to give the illusion of changing the shape of the face. The only thing this shading did was to draw my attention to the stark contrast of the pale facial tones and the dark brown contouring. He is not one of the better makeup artists I've seen. He's a LOT better than me, but still has much to improve.
Hey bored panda?? Um... maybe you should've done a quick google search on proper terminology before posting this- I believe drag queens, as men who transform themselves to look like men for fun, are referred to with he/him pronouns except sometimes when they are in drag. Idk :/
Incredible. It's amazing how you can change the shape of your face with a little make up.
I think this guy is talented, but his makeup looks more like stage makeup then make up for close up pictures. I think his characters would look great from the distance of a theater seat, but the flaws show through when the makeup is too close. Subtlety is not his forté.
There seems to be a whole lot of people her missing the point in a big way. This person is a executing a performance, as in performance art, and is damn good at what they do I might add. I’m certainly no expert on drag queens but exaggeration is the whole point from what I’ve ever seen. The embellishment and overemphasis of features is all part of the caricature of the people they’re portraying. Therein lies the talent. I don’t get the point of all the “is a drag Queen a male, gay, straight, trans, what pronouns, blah blah”. This one is obviously an artist, a good one.
Nope. These look like computer graphic images. Like video game characters. This is fake.
