I Capture People All Around The World During Video Calls In Their Homes (46 Pics)
I'm a photographer who likes to photograph people. So with this whole social distancing thing, the COVID-19 is really preventing me from doing my thing. But I'm not the one to despair and complain. They say "there aren't any problems, there only are solutions". Well with that I mind, I figured technology could actually allow me to keep on photographing people, without approaching them.
Using a combination of Facetime, Facebook messenger, and Zoom.us, I'm photographing portraits of people in a lockdown. I started with friends here in Montreal (where I live) and family back in France (where I grew up). Eventually, people started reaching out from countries such as Germany, French Polynesia, Colombia, Lebanon, Italy and so on.
Now my goal is to get as many countries represented as possible; it's a reminder that we're all in this together. I've got even more countries to cover! So if you wanna take part in this, shoot me an email and we'll set up a meeting.
