I've never had a pit bull, but I have really liked a number of them!! My husband is all BSL and I think he's crazy for that. However, when I have gone to rescue a dog at a shelter, it has never been a bullie, and it has never been the Aussie he loves, either. I will love any of them, but furry black dogs are my true love. However, I love this monstrous little Aussie pup I have now, too.

Love this! When my first child was born 19 years ago, we had 3 dogs, 4 cats, 2 horses and 3 aquariums. The numbers of kids and types of animals have changed over the years, but I can't imagine raising my kids without animals as part of our family. Bonus, my kids have zero allergies, just sayin'.

The One On The Far Left Was A Rescue Doggo. Went To Buy Him Originally And He Was Really Sick. Covered In Fleas Dehydrated Could Barely Walk He Was Tired And Weak So We Took Him Straight To The Vets And Reported The Owners To The Rspca As They Had Other Dogs In The Same Condition. He Was 10 Weeks Old When We Got Him. The Middle Doggo Karliah Was The Runt Of The Litter And Nobody Wanted Her. The Person Was Going To Drown Her So I Took Her Home When She Was 6 Weeks Old. Happiness Times A Dozen Plus.... I Have 15 Kids (aka Cats, All Spayed/neutered). This Is Their Room, Set Up With Cat Trees And Supplies Just For Them. Most Have Been Rescued As Young Kittens And With Me Well Over A Decade. Pictured Are 13 Of My Guys With Me. The Big Black And Brown Tabby I Lost Earlier This Year To Cancer...but Not 3 Months Later, A Relative Brought Home A Mom And 2 Two-week-old Kittens To 'foster'....well, Turns Out, They Blended Perfectly With The Group And Are Here To Stay. There's Nothing Quite Like Being Surrounded By All This Love. Some Were Ex-ferals That Couldn't Be Handled, That Now Reach Out To Lick My Face And Cuddle. They're Worth All The Effort And Then Some.

It's great to see so many animal lovers in the world 😀 I have 6 guinea pigs but it's impossible to photo all together.

To each their own... I have three pets myself (have had up to 5 if you count the aquatic ones). However, most of the places I've visited that have an unusual amount of pets tend to smell like they have an unusual amount of pets... Not sure I could allow myself to get used to that.
