I Capture Miniature People Dealing With Everyday Life Objects

I’m a Thai designer named Poy. Photography is my passion – I’ve been doing that for several years and in a number of styles. Since last year, my inspiration came from one of The Japanese animation named “Arrietty” by Studio Ghibli. It was a story about miniature people that lived with humans all the time, but they haven’t even been noticed. This sparked my idea.

Actually, this kind of style is not something new. There are lots of famous photographers who have been taking photos of these little guys so I try to differentiate my work by playing with objects, tools, fruits, etc. Highlight on a surrealistic idea that is built around imagination.

Hope you guys enjoy my work.

Craft stores, miniature train shops, hobby shops. Look anywhere they sell small town/villages (around the holidays is a good time for some).

Neat! I love the grape soda and lint roller ones. They're very clever. I did not understand the paracetamol image though, but that's just me.

Those looks a lot like what the french photograph PIERRE JAVELLE do for a long time now... nothing really new, just copy of another artist work...
