These Kittens And Pups Got To Explore A Giant Aquarium And It’s Probably What We All Need In These Dark Times (32 Pics)
Usually, aquariums and zoos are used to having huge traffic. Now, many public places have collectively decided to shut down, and they are no exception to this rule. With loads of free time and space on their hands, Georgia Aquarium has decided to let in visitors of another kind—those that don’t pose a risk to public health.

Let us introduce to you cat and puppy rescues that were brought by Atlanta Humane Society to explore the sea world up close. This litter of tabby kittens have fitting names that are associated with aquatic life—Nemo, Dory, Guppy, Bubbles, and Marlin. These curious kittens probably got to see more fish than they’ll ever see in their entire lives.
And it wasn’t the first time the Georgia Aquarium and Atlanta Humane Society have collaborated. These kittens came two weeks after a pair of puppy siblings named Carmel and Odie. They also enjoyed their welcome, as you’ll see from these photos. And the fish didn’t mind the odd visitors, either!
As you could assume, the rescues are in a pickle, since, like many other non-profit, public organizations, the Humane Society had to halt its services and can only do limited adoptions. On the bright side, Nemo, Dory, Guppy, Bubbles, and Marlin are in a loving foster home and other rescues are being well taken care of until adoption services are fully running again. And this innocent publicity stunt will surely help to remind us about cute rescued animals and awe-inspiring aquatic life so we will be inspired to pay them a visit someday when the quarantine ends.
The video itself has racked up over 2 million views, so it’s reasonable to assume that the sentiment stuck with the audience. We wish the Georgia Aquarium and Atlanta Humane Society strength in these trying times. And for now, enjoy the little things in life—small kittens and puppies are what we all need to endure this together.

Share on FacebookNeither puppies nor kittens appeared to be overly impressed by the fish (and man) in the tank... they're having more fun with their mates.
It didn't look like they even understood what they were seeing.
Load More Replies...Not gonna lie I thought you were saying to eat kittens. Then I read it again and I was like oh lol 😂
