Dad Pranks Other Parents By Fooling Them With Fake Dangerous Parenting Pics (10 New Pics)
Interview With ArtistDesigner and photo editing master Stephen Crowley is making parents sit on the edge of their seats by editing pictures to look like his daughter Hannah is in dangerous situations. All for a good cause. From climbing shelves and sticking her head out the window to being buried in sand and finding herself in high places, the young kid is the star of her dad’s hilarious photo manipulations.
35-year-old Stephen, who lives in Dublin, told Bored Panda that he thought it would be fun to make his family a bit worried by putting someone as delicate as his daughter in precarious situations in funny photos. According to him, most of the reactions he’s gotten from people have been positive. But some people didn’t get the joke and even said that Stephen “should be shot” for raising kids like that. Scroll down for our full interview with Stephen. And be sure to check out Bored Panda's previous post about his digital art right here.
Stephen wants to encourage people to become bone marrow donors because his daughter had to get a bone marrow transplant. It’s a cause that he feels very strongly about. If you’d like to become a bone marrow donor and save lives, you can follow these links here (US), here (UK), and here (Ireland).

12kg Over The Back Wheel Helps
Lol my dad used to put me sidesaddle on the crossbar and do this for real. Ah, the good old 80s.
My dad did the same in the 50s with me until... my foot got caught in the spokes and flipped the bike, I think I was 5.

I've done this when I was a kid and the rear seatbelts were non existent, I'm so glad they made it law to wear them now..

Yes!! We had a Chevy convertible in the early 70's with a canvas top... I was the youngest and smallest of my sisters so when I wanted to get away from them on long road trips I would climb into the "boot" of the car (place the canvas top folds into , under the back window (which was clear vinyl) and fall asleep in the sun... Seatbelts??? An alien concept

The star of Stephen’s photos, his daughter Hannah, is now 4 years old. “She had a very rare immune disorder called HLH and spent 6 months of her first year in hospital, receiving chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant, which is the only possible cure.”
“Of 27 million worldwide donors, 3 were deemed suitable, and an anonymous German lady donated,” Stephen told Bored Panda about the challenges that his family faced.
“Because we missed out on so much normal stuff of the first year, we take tons of photos now that we're able to do normal things out of isolation. She is doing much better now, in and out of hospital, but she's lots of fun, always smiling, and has a great sense of humor given what she's been through so far.”

Dangerous
Held On For 8.6 Secs. (New Personal Best!) Still Room For Improvement
According to Stephen, there are two groups of people when it comes to his photoshopped pictures. “Those who realize it is a joke and find them funny. Then there are those who think I’m doing it for real to get attention. Either way, they get attention and get people talking, raising awareness of bone marrow donation.”
The Photoshop master revealed to us that each image takes about 2 to 3 hours to finish, including taking the photos and editing them. “New ideas are hard, and as she’s a little older now than when I did the original ones, some of the scenarios are not as dangerous,” Stephen said.
On The Edge
My son 12yrs now:: as a toddler used to climb his crib side and once on top the railing...play superman from crib side onto my bed 4 ft. Away....I'd walk in the room TOTALLY freaked out!!!
Riding The Beast
I did this with my uncle's Aerdale (so?) When I was really young. That dog took me everywhere.
Etrade baby! Nobody told me that riding the dog was FROWNED UPON in this establishment!
Riding a dog like it's a small horse is frowned upon in this establishment!
7/10 For The Dismount
Ok, these are hilarious but my kid climbed out of her crib at 6 months (she like all my four kids, was crawling at 5 months and walking at 9 months)- whacked her face on the chest between her crib and her sister's bed (her sister was around 4). I asked Rowan (sister) why didn't you stop Kealin? "I wanted to see if she could do it" - incidentally said "whack" on her face resulted in her getting a root canal at 2.5 years old as her first front teeth came in rotten!

I don't get it. I let my kids do those things and they're fine for the most part.
I missed the word photoshop and almost had a heart attack with the first one.
"...some people didn’t get the joke and even said that Stephen 'should be shot.'" Yes, putting your child in potentially dangerous positions warrants your violent murder and the lifelong traumatization of an innocent child. It may be somewhat hypocritical, but I can't wait for the day when all these brave internet warriors, who so readily call for people's deaths at the slightest provocation, have to face a truly dangerous enemy in a kill-or-be-killed situation.
