Katy’s red hot two-piece outfit by Ellie Misner had a corset top paired with a fit-and-flare skirt. That sounds quite ordinary, right? But what really amped up the red carpet moment was the skirt featuring a loosely laced back to reveal a black G-string perched high on her hips. Adding the final hook to her look was the flesh-colored prosthetic tattoo of a butterfly that comfortably sat right above the thong.

A second carousel on her Instagram page included pics she clicked with others at the event. The carousel concluded with a video in which Katy said the following about the seemingly faux tattoo: “Don’t worry, guys. I didn’t brand my tramp stamp back with a butterfly.”

Fans cheered her on for her spicy red look, with one saying they were “obsessed.”
