Ahhh, I see there is a new BP feature: shorter list based on upvotes, @uncommon boston my bad for not clicking/understanding. Clearly also not understanding how my initial comment can be transformed into: completely disliking all normal bald people(?!?!) 'interesting' how people's minds can work. Off course there are many beautiful, handsome & very attractive bald normal males & females, my comment was only directed towards already handsome celebrities. Maybe I should have illiterate my initial comment about normal people was more directed at myself, if I were bald: I would turn into an- old-short-male-goblin, which to me, on my persona, is actually funny. Because of my personal perspective I did not keep in mind all those people who actually were struggling with their baldness. Apparently I need to start posting a long disclaimer deeply describing my perspective on things. It is clear to me that people are becoming more sensitive by the freakin minute these days :-/ PS: when I see a post about bald celebrities I think: bald celebrities who are public figures & because of that can be ridiculed. When I see a post of bald normal people, I think in very different standards.

Britney is there if you can expand the list. But, anyway.... No Richey Edwards, no Michael Stype, no Skin, no Billy Corgan... Well, the last three are more iconic for their bald style, but Richey could have been given a thought. Anyway, not complaining, and I believe the list of "no *insert name*" is pretty endless, when you think about it.

DP, I am sure you are right, Britney is not on your list. Weirder things have happened. What I see lists her at 51 when the list is expanded the list from 30 to 55, apparently this is not what you see. I was not trying to insult you, but be helpful. We may have had different experiences with baldness and beauty. I look MUCH better with a touch of makeup, styled hair, and the right clothing. Losing my hair was traumatic. The initial reaction is to give up and not take care of yourself. Once I realized how beautiful most of these women were, I wore nice clothes, makeup, and jewelry. It made a difference in how I looked and felt. I will never be as beautiful as the people shown above, with or without hair. Assuming bald will make me ugly is unhealthy. Knowing I might look better bald helped. Few people above looked worse.

Most people are beautiful in their own way. Often beauty is masked by bad hairstyles, ugly makeup or ill fitting clothes. Removing just one of these could be an improvement. No hair maybe better than bad hair. Attitude is by far the most important factor in true beauty. Few of the bald women I saw through cancer treatment looked worse.
