Jason Segel showed off his fit figure while making the most of his tropical vacation with his girlfriend, Kayla Radomski.

The 44-year-old actor was pictured shirtless and gave the camera a smile as he flaunted his abs beside his girlfriend, 33, during their getaway.

The couple became an item since first being romantically linked together in October 2023. They made their red carpet debut in January at the Golden Globe Awards, and after the award show, Kayla gushed over the How I Met Your Mother alum for being “one of the hardest working and most deserving humans on this planet.”

Jason received his first Golden Globe nomination in 2024 for his role in Shrinking.

My Golden Globe Nominee!” Kayla wrote as she showered Jason with a heap of praise. “I love that we got to spend a whole day celebrating YOU and your talent!!! I love you so much baby!”

“Thank you to the incredible humans and friends who helped make our day as perfect as can be and made me feel like a real life princess!!” she added.

Just about a week later, Kayla followed up the Golden Globes post with another round of praise for her partner in light of their red carpet appearance together at the Emmy Awards.

“@jasonsegel We wouldn’t be here without your hard work and determination. I am always amazed watching your drive and love for what you do. You inspire me every single day. I cannot wait to continue to watch you thrive and create more magic throughout your life. Thank you for loving me and being the best man this lady could dream up. I love you,” Kayla wrote.

“Thank you to the incredible people who helped make our day so wonderful. You guys are the best and we are forever grateful!” she added.

Kayla is a dancer who was seen on screen in 2009 as she competed in the fifth season of So You Think You Can Dance. The dancer was 18 years old at the time.

She was also a backup dancer for pop star Taylor Swift and Brendon Urie’s performance of “ME!” at the Billboard Music Awards in 2019.

“Oh hey there @taylorswift and @brendonurie! Just poppin in to say hello! What an incredible night this was!” Kayla wrote on Instagram at the time.

As is part of the celebrity life, Jason’s love life has been the subject of headlines over the years, and he has been linked with former Freaks and Geeks costar Linda Cardellini, Chloë Sevigny, Michelle Williams, Bojana Novakovic, and others.

The Forgetting Sarah Marshall had dated Alexis Mixter for about eight years, starting from 2013. After their breakup in April, 2021, Alexis took to Instagram to talk about how much she has grown with Jason by her side.

“Changed each other at a soul deep level. All for the better. The depth of our bond was something I could never have anticipated,” she added. “I’ve never spent so much time with another person, grown so much alongside someone else, laughed so much, cried so much, shared so much.”

Back in 2012, Jason opened up about his thoughts and love and shared how he doesn’t believe in the idea of “the one.”

“I think relationships are an effort and it’s about timing, an actual decision, and two people deciding they will be the best person for one another. And what happens if you miss the one or they die? Now you are doomed to a life of loneliness? We know that’s not true,” he told Parade. “I think you want your partner to be your best friend. Even attraction will change. But what everyone’s looking for is a partner in crime.”

He also asserted that he wouldn’t be with someone just for the sake of having a girlfriend.

“I don’t want to have a girlfriend for the sake of having a girlfriend. I have no desire to pick a random girl,” he added. “I want the right girl. There are plenty of opportunities, but I would rather have the right one.”
