I work at customer service (retail)n on the weekends, this is how i feel on monday, just in time to start my full-time job. viscous cycle!
They disappeared or, worse, you forgot to check your mobile phone and find out you didn't read the message they sent you to let you know they weren't going :-P
Well... "I'm in a bad mood because I'm exhausted from socializing because I'm introvert and that's how it works" is polite.
This is probably the biggest one for me. I hate making phone calls specifically if its to people I don't know, or don't have a close relationship with, and even then its not always easy.
You'll be amazing math partners. Keep him close but not that much. On the chair right next to you is close enough. Just make him occupy the space so nobody else, like an extrovert, can sit there.
I have this ability to hold a conversation without having any idea what it is about. I converse while daydreaming. It's nice at parties because it makes everybody happy (I'm in my private bubble and people think I'm happy with them) but it's a problem at work as I never know what my colleagues asked me to do even though I agreed to do it.
So very real, takes me hours of pacing back and forth first or a glass of wine.
lol or worse.... they show up at your house (uninvited) and you have to ninja crawl your way (underneath the windows to hide), before being spotted.
When I was a kid, I act like this. I don't want strangers in my house. Lol now i know why.
Use the internet, you can talk about things you like with other people who like them and it is relatively anonymous- e.g. you only know my name~
I apologize for everything, to the point it actually annoys people, which I apologize for...
So glad I am not the only one who feels this way.. but soo true
#the me does all the work in the end because nobody cares nor f*****g listens to people who actually have a plan

Lmao very real and true but then feel bad cuz wish I just got it over with
I don't think that introverts necessarily hate people at all. I love people - they just drain my energy, but that's nothing personal, it"s just the way I'm made.
Hate that for I will have so much to say but get scared and m brain freezes or topic changes
I was just in tears laughing.. because this has been said to me so many times. And that is my reaction in my head.. I would be rich if I had a dollar every time I heard this. Or " do you ever talk".. lol
socializes for 5 days straight?!?! My god more like **falls into hell and never comes back**
I'm an introvert and very shy. To make things worse, after my brother's death a couple of years ago, I began suffering from social anxiety disorder. I must say the tweets, cartoons, and thoughts shared here are very accurate. So, I hope they help extroverts to understand us, and us introverts to feel less awkward and realise we are not alone. A big hug to all introverts out there! :-)
Sorry for your loss... 😡 A big hug from another introvert.
Load More Replies...I'm an introvert, but I don't have troubles with calls and texts, because I only get like 1 call and 1 text a week on average. This is because only very few people know my number, and most of the ones who do, rarely ever bother to call/text me. (Unless it's my birthday or Christmas or something like that)
I hate the telephone and people dropping by unannounced and I am a receptionist - this is all I do ALL DAY LONG!
