How many calories would you need to eat to lose that much weight in only 2y? Anybody knows? I have been eating 1400kcal a day on average for the last five months and I lost three kgs... :( I am aiming for 1200 now but its difficult to be able to cook nice meals at the same time.

One reason more to see why "race" is a ridiculous concept. I bet that a lot of people wouldnt say that the person in the right is "white" when they see both together. Same if you see me (extremely pale and more "north european" looking) and my sister (very tan and more "mediterranean" looking)

"In titanium anodizing, the voltage dictates the color. The volt range for color titanium anodizing is between 15 and 110 volts. A bronze color, with the thinnest oxide layer, can be achieved with about 16 volts. A green color, with the thickest oxide layer, can be achieved with 106 volts."

It's odd how the colors repeat. Yellow/orange, magenta, blue, yellow/orange, magenta blue. But then it goes into green.

There are loads of YouTube how-to videos on anodizing titanium. It's a popular pastime for Ti scaled folding knife collectors. A few 9V batteries, some hardware store chemicals and a little titanium wire... and you're in business. If you want to get serious, a 125V DC power supply runs about $130. DSCN0196-2...b53b35.jpg

Also works on steel and niobium. Most of my jewellery is a 55V anodised titanium, with some pvd coated titanium and black niobium (heat treated so it's more greyish black).
