“Because even famous people love famous people,” reads the bold slogan of Comments By Celebs, an Instagram account which is the internet’s destination for tabloid culture. And it’s not just any tabloid we’re talking about.

They all land here, in a delightful collection of A-listers’ jibes, shades, jokes, and quips, devoured by the 1.7M equally enthusiastic followers.
After its creation in 2017, Comments By Celebs exploded, catching the attention of the same celebrities it was quoting. The followers included Gwyneth Paltrow, John Mayer, Chrissy Teigen and more, so no wonder CBC became a brand in itself, bringing us the best what-to-knows from celebrity news.

Started by real-life best friends Emma Diamond and Julie Kramer, Comments By Celebs quickly gained a cult following on social media, with celebrities themselves being among the followers. The concept is pretty straightforward: every post features a comment a celebrity has posted to another celebrity's Instagram account.
And the result is pure entertainment made possible by Instagram changing the algorithm to spotlight comments left by verified users. It got quickly caught by pop culture enthusiasts and A-list gossip aficionados. The self-proclaimed "pop-culture enthusiasts" immediately noticed celebrities interacting with each other directly and sending screenshots to their own group chat.
"The best thing about being a woman, is the prerogative to have a little fun"🎶
Gawd I'm still not over Mathew Lewis's glow up; I do sometimes wonder if it's Polyjuice Potion
“I think what’s happening is that we are, in a way, humanizing celebrities and making the public aware of their relatability,” Emma Diamond told Forbes. “Think back to ten years ago: stars seemed like they were ‘untouchable.’ Now, fans can see an authentic, behind-the-scenes view into these A-listers’ lives. It’s a very interesting shift. Something about reading a comment written by a celebrity feels more intimate than your classic paparazzi shot.”
According to Emma, artists, people in the music industry, are definitely understanding the value that social media carries in terms of elevating them. “I'm not going to say more than actors, but we've definitely seen a rise in it,” she said in another interview.
The co-creator Julie Kramer believes there’s another thing with artists versus actors and “it is that fans tend to be a little more committed and a little more invested in artists rather than actors. And it's something that we noticed.” She told Glamour that “a lot of times, artists, when they are posting during awards-show season, it's a lot more... maybe a little more interactive or a little more for their fans than actors a lot of times just because they know how dedicated their fan bases are.”
Stop doing illegal stuff such as organizing insurrections, abusing power to get your family million-dollar jobs, and maybe they'll just ignore you?
No one likes him. He has nothing left but the riff-raff, which will be showing up to defend him any minute.....
Yes, the shrill little crowd of meth badgers constantly defending Trump's b******t are a recent and tiresome addition to Bored Panda. Not an intelligent one among them, just aggrieved nonsense as usual.
Load More Replies...Hey with that post andy cohen just offended karens all over the world the a*****e trump is a billion times worse.
Suppose BP posted more and more Anti-US, anti-Trump, Anti-American, baiting, insensitive, hateful, slanted, carefully one-sided stuff to stir the pot and nobody commented? How about we try that? I'm not American but I'm so sick of having fun on BP and then they have to throw in this vitriol and get everyone ripping on each other. There's no place for hate on BP. So stop taking BP's bait and stop making it a fruitful reward for them. We drive the content. We drive the page and site hits. Stop enabling this crap. I don't want to read anyone's country or political Whatever trashed nonstop. I don't see it for anyone else on here but Americans. Everyone goes ape if someone even mis-speaks towards a person, or peoples, or lifestyles but US is open game. That's not right. Period. It isn't ok.
Trump is self aware enough to know people don't like him but he insists on acting like he's oblivious to it.
Look, even as a Republican, I know trump is a world class jerk. Can't stand the guy. However, the choices he made for our country were the best choices. I would not have dinner with him, but I'd DEFINITELY vote for him over biden. The best thing to do is stop listening to him and just enjoy a president that puts the people first. Biden keeps putting china and Russia first.

Don't worry Herr Trump. Pig Putin loves you. Especially when you're on the bottom
Let's see, Hillary gave him uranium. Obama gave the Ukrainians blanket to fight the Russians. Biden just flat out gave then the Ukraine. Trump supplied the Ukraine with javelins and other weapons to fight the Russians. Please keep trying to convince everyone that trump was the putin puppet. It's hilarious. Don't forget the 10% "for the big guy". HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Load More Replies...You're a brainwashed putin apologist that's defending a Russian puppet and if you want proof of that I can write you about 6 paragraphs. I've written them on here a few times. Direct quotes from you messiahs mouth. Here's one to start. "Is it weird that I'm more attracted to my daughter than I am my wife" Washington post. The accompanying picture was of a 13 yr old ivanka straddling dear daddy on his bed. This was the same year 3 little girls came forward and told the cops over and over trump raped one of them w Epstein she was 13 black and blue and the rape kit was undeniably rape. Epstein was trumps best friend. Epsteins and trumps lawyers buried those little girls. That's who you defend a daughter raping pedophilic rapist. I wonder why that is? Should we be searching the register?

"I've grown up in front of you" really captures it all what it's like to be a teen celebrity. Everyone gets to see you mess up and make mistakes and then acts as if it's only you who's not perfect. As if not almost EVERYONE who walks this earth did things when they were young they're not proud of today. The difference is for Miley is that everyone got to see it and judge it.
I'm pretty sure 90% of all the parents felt the same. You certainly don't want ur kid to start drinking chlorine for example.
It's like watching Jimmy Kimmel and Matt Damon go at each other 😂
I love the fact that jennifer's pfp matches the level of enthusiasm of her comment ^-^
The artist I just love to wind my daughter up about. Is it pronounced weekend or weakened or week nd or wee knd or we eknd? I can go on with my bad Dad jokes but you get the point, my 11 year old just loves her Dad’s sense of humour…..
There's a lot of Chrissy Teigen here. Is it because she tweets so much?
Until she got canceled for being a bully she was considered to be the "Queen of Twitter ".
Load More Replies...How can these be the best? 99% weren't funny, wholesome or even making sence and half were from people that I wouldn't call celebrity.
I mean, I'm terribly bored so this was technically something to look at, but it sure wasn't amusing, interesting, entertaining, or informative. I don't give a s**t about celebrities tweeting at one another.
These are always very surreal to me. I only recognize about 10% of the names and 0% of the context. There is an entire generation of celebrities and entertainment that I am completely unaware of.
