This is how I got my first smartphone. No, really. This woman had bought it for her kid, and kid was like WAAAH I WANTED AN IPHONE NOT AN ANDROID WAAAH so she sold it to me, brand new, at a major discount. The kid sounded awful but at least I got a cheap phone out of it.

I worked 2 jobs in order to send my kids to a private school. A girl was crying because her parents bought her the wrong color BMW for her birthday.

That's why I would keep an eye on my children's socials, if they tend to behave like this, because whatever gift they complain about would be gone within a heartbeat
