Hi!
I'm an artist, and designer living in Ireland. I'm making weeping willow trees using real plants and not only. I chose to make weeping willows when one day while walking in the meadow I found grass that looked similar to a willow branch and I thought it would make a lovely willow tree. I love experimenting, finding, and learning new ways in art.
The most exciting part for me is making a process where I can truly forget everything and just be able to be who I am and do what I want with no limits.

Looks great! You dry the grass before putting it in resin? Does it retain it's colour well or do you paint the grass? (It seemed like it in one piece). I'm meddling with epoxy resin a bit, but never could get nice (dried) materials in it, positioning it is a PITA and it shifts while drying (it's the 24hr dry time resin). How long did it take you to learn to make this? (Just wondering where on the learning track I am ;) )
Hi Debbie.Resin is very tricky and not easy substance to work with.I have learnt myself by experimenting a lots.Aswel as working with resin ,collecting and drying methods or dyeing. There are lots of option out there but you have to try and find for yourself what is the best option that suit your particular artwork.Best of luck😊
