My name is Aliz Buzás, and I'm an illustrator from Budapest, Hungary. When I was a child my favorite book was about dogs, who wore clothes and had professions.
I started to draw a series with different animals now just for fun. If you like it you can follow me on Instagram.

I've loved drawing since I was very young. I would spend entire days doing it and enjoy immersing myself in it. It was clear that if I loved something so much, I wanted it to be my work as well. I consider myself very lucky because my work has truly become my hobby. I recently moved to Austria, and the new experiences are greatly inspiring my creativity. What I love about my profession is that it always brings unexpected new challenges. There are never two identical commissions or themes. I adore the diversity.

Dancer Deer
The creative process for me often varies from job to job because I approach creating a multi-page illustrated book differently than I do designing a poster. But fundamentally, I always start by sketching on paper first, and if the end result needs to be digital, I start working on it digitally afterward. In many cases, clients specifically request illustrations created using manual paper-based techniques, which I strangely prefer making. Once the sketch is complete, I create 3-4 composition plans, which I send to the client for them to choose the one they find suitable, and then I begin refining it.
Optician Otter
Tattooist Turtle
I thought it said "terrorist turtle" at first because I only glanced at it.
For some reason, I really enjoy drawing vehicles and themes related to the city. I love illustrating public transportation or beautiful old cars, for example. But I'm also drawn to illustrations for children because I greatly enjoy inventing non-existent worlds and characters. My interests span a wide spectrum.
Chef Cat
Lifeguard Lion
I believe my style changes a lot because I enjoy experimenting and trying new things. Some may see this as a disadvantage, as it has become more common for illustrators to stick to one style, but I can't imagine doing that. I'm sure I would get tired of myself after a while. Lately, I've started painting on canvas again and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Jordan Kasey's work has been inspiring to me in the realm of painting.
